What NammaScan is
NammaScan is a free price comparison website for budget stays. It is run by Sureeth Kumar in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We are not a travel agent and we are not the booking party. We don't sell rooms, take payments or confirm reservations.
Prices and availability
- Prices, availability and property details come from third parties, such as booking platforms and hosts, or are estimates. They may be out of date, and they can change at any time.
- Prices are shown per bed or room per night to make comparison easier. The final price, including taxes and fees, is the one shown on the partner site when you book.
- Some prices on the site are currently demo data while we connect live partner feeds. These are clearly labelled.
- We try to keep information accurate but don't guarantee it is complete, correct or current.
Booking on partner sites
When you click an offer, you leave NammaScan and go to a partner website. Your booking is a contract between you and that partner or the property. Their terms, cancellation rules and privacy policy apply. Questions about payments, refunds or changes should go to the partner you booked with.
Commissions
We may earn a commission from partners when you book through our links. This doesn't change the price you pay. See our affiliate disclosure.
Acceptable use
Please don't scrape, overload or try to break the site, or use it for anything unlawful. You may share links to NammaScan freely.
Our content
The NammaScan name, logo, design and original text belong to NammaScan. Partner names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them; their use doesn't imply endorsement.
Limitation of liability
NammaScan is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from inaccurate prices or information, or from your dealings with partner sites or properties.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
